Troubleshooting:
Please refer to the terms of the offer you believe you have qualified for to ensure you have fulfilled the qualifying criteria such as:
Did you place your qualifying bet using another free bet?
You will not qualify for a free bet if you use another free bet. You will need to place your qualifying stake by using your cash balance.
Have you staked the correct amount?
You need to ensure that you are placing at least the minimum required amount for the promotion in question. For example, a promotion stating you need to bet £10+ means you need to stake £10 win or £10 each way, so if you staked £5 each way it would not qualify.
Were the odds high enough?
Most offers state that you need to place at odds of 1/2 or greater for example. If this isn't the case then you will not have qualified. For a list of odds please click here
Did you bet on the correct market?
Certain markets do not qualify for certain offers. Terms for each offer will specify whether enhanced markets such as win only or betting without markets will count as a qualifying bet. Please search the Help Centre for terms of offers.
Did you qualify for the offer terms?
There is different criteria that you may need to comply with in order to receive the free bet. This will always be covered within a combination of offer details and Terms and Conditions so please refer to both for familiarity.
Did you follow the correct link?
Many new customer offers are designed to be activated on following a specific link. Especially if advertised via a 3rd party site. If you see an advert but attempt to register via a different method then you will not be credited with a free bet.
Is the free bet due to be credited yet?
Some free bets are credited at specific times. Please check the terms of each offer. Some are credited after bet placement, some are credited at time of bet settlement. Please check the terms of the offer to ensure the free bet is due to be credited when you check.
Is my free bet still valid?
Free bets last for varying amounts of time. Some free bets last for 4 or 7 days, so please make sure that you are checking the Terms and Conditions of each offer. Free bets are also subject to limitations. For the most part, horse racing offers will give free bets for use on horse racing markets, football offers will give free bets for use on any football market and so on.
Please ensure you have followed all points above before contacting our customer support team.
I can't place my free bet
If you have a free bet but can't use it, please refer to the terms and conditions of the offer for any limitations on use. If you earned a free bet from a horse racing promotion, often these free bets are available to use on horse racing bets only. Bets from greyhound promotions can only be used on dog bets and so on...
My free bet returns are not correct
Please be aware that stakes are not returned with free bets and that some free bet offers are only available on specific sports (such as Golf or Football) so please check the terms of your specific free bet offer for details of any such restrictions. For example, a £10 free bet on a 2/1 winner will return £20.
If a deduction would be applied to a cash bet, it will also be applied to a free bet (e.g. dead heats, rule 4s).
Lightning roulette is played with a wheel containing 37 numbered slots (1 to 36, plus a single 0), a ball and a layout on which the player may place a bet (or bets) covering either a single number or groups of numbers. The ball is spun around the wheel, and will come to rest in one of the numbered slots, indicating the winning number.
The player wins by correctly guessing which number will win, and is paid in accordance with the paytable given below, based on how many chips he or she has covering all or part of the winning number. If the winning number is among the randomly selected “lucky numbers” and is covered by player’s bet on Straight Up bet, then the “lucky payout” is paid to the player.
